Morning Protein Shake


SOOOOO, who isn’t always in a rush to get somewhere?  If you aren’t, consider yourself LUCKY.   Since becoming a mother that has been my life.

I am always in a rush, (and let’s be real…dieting), so I thought I’d share my “go to” protein smoothie drink I make religiously every morning on my way out the door to exercise or to work.

I created a quick video tutorial in iMovie on my iPhone.  Not a tool I’ve used before but it was quick and easy.

It’s not the best video I’ve ever made, but it was quick and fun to create.

Now I know everyone has their favorite “add-ins”, so don’t be a hater because you dislike banana’s or whatever, lol, I just wanted to share mine.  🙂  What’s important is that it works for me and I really enjoy it.  I hope it helps someone out there to start their morning off right and stay full up until lunch.  Sometimes I’m full until 2 pm!  So try it and have a great day!


8 ounces Vanilla Flavored Almond Milk

1.5 Scoops ISO Fudge Brownie Protein Powder

2T Flax or Flax/Chia Blend

1 T PB2 Powder

1-2″ Banana

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

12 Ice Cubes
